Clean/tune the carburetor Replace the air filter Replace the air box Replace the fuel lines Replace the fuel tank Replace the fuel filter After those parts have all been replaced it's running perfectly! Far better than my Weed Eater FL20 trimmer. I will get a cutting video using the UT20760 for this account within the week.

cleaned the exhaust/ took the spark screen out, cleaned the airfilter, cleaned the shrouds/ grease off. runs good. i messed with the carb after taking the plastic things off. i'm planning on making a weedeater bike again as soon as riley gets home and brings the bike over here... fuel line is temporary. will have more videos to come!
